BRIGHTER FUTURES

Empowering Young People to Reach Their Full Potential

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County (BGCMC) is dedicated to helping all young people—especially those who need us most—realize their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

As the leading youth development organization in Martin County, Florida BGCMC brings over 30 years of experience delivering impactful programs that prepare youth for the next stage in life. Each year, we collaborate with schools, volunteers, and community partners to reach more than 10,000 young people, ages 5 to 18, through both direct services and outreach.

THE NEED IS URGENT

The youth we serve are among the most at-risk in the county.

Our comprehensive approach supports youth across 5 dedicated Club locations in Hobe Sound, Port Salerno, Stuart, and Indiantown; a new high school Club at Jensen Beach High School; and 12 school-based programs. By engaging students during school, after school, and beyond graduation, we are transforming outcomes for Martin County’s most vulnerable youth.

At BGCMC, we believe every child deserves a great future. But in our community, too many face barriers that make this future feel out of reach. Of the 20,000 youth living in Martin County, many struggle with poverty, poor nutrition, and exposure to anti-social behavior—obstacles that affect school performance, emotional wellbeing, and essential life skill development.

These statistics underscore the critical need for our work. Through holistic support, mentorship, and developmentally appropriate programming, BGCMC is not only addressing these challenges but building brighter futures—one young person at a time.
