Stuart, Florida — The Project New Step Foundation proudly hosted a free basketball clinic at the Boys & Girls Club of Martin County in Stuart, Florida, on Monday, February 23rd, 2026, with all three sessions filled to capacity.
The clinic featured dedicated sessions for Elementary School, Middle School, and High School age groups. Each session was carefully structured to provide a meaningful learning experience, combining skill development, fundamental drills, competitive games, and high-energy fun throughout the day. The goal was not only to improve basketball ability but also to build confidence, teamwork, and discipline in a positive environment.
All participants received official basketball clinic shirts, team sacks, and additional gifts as part of the experience — reinforcing the Project New Step’s commitment to making every child feel valued and supported.
Project New Step Foundation is widely recognized for providing free sneakers to children and families in communities of need. In addition to footwear initiatives, Project New Step is deeply committed to offering free basketball clinics in areas where children and young adults can benefit most from mentorship, structured programming, and athletic development opportunities.
The initiative is led by professional basketball skills trainer and Founder of the Project New Step Foundation, Steven Binder, who spearheads the organization’s grassroots basketball clinic efforts. Through hands-on instruction and direct engagement, the Foundation continues to expand its impact by meeting young athletes where they are and providing them with access, opportunity, and encouragement.
“The energy and enthusiasm from the participants was incredible,” said Steven Binder. “When you combine learning, structure, and fun in a safe environment, the results go far beyond basketball.”
Project New Step Foundation remains committed to uplifting communities, one step at a time — on and off the court.
