Stephanie Binder is a dedicated advocate for Project New Step. Stephanie believes that access to proper footwear can play a significant role in helping people become the best versions of themselves. Growing up an athlete in Westchester County NY, Stephanie experienced first hand how the proper foundation was critical to success; she was a former co-captain of her high school basketball team at Rye Country Day School & New York State Private High School Championship. A former collegiate basketball player at Johns Hopkins University, Stephanie is passionate about dedication, and the importance of a team both on and off the court. After Johns Hopkins, Stephanie went full court press on a career on Wall Street. Stephanie is currently a Managing Director of Equity Sales at Needham & Company, a boutique broker dealer specializing in technology & healthcare sectors, and has been at the firm nearly 10 years. After market hours, Stephanie’s hobbies include: basketball, golf, and reading. She also serves on the board of directors for the Binderhoops Premier Basketball Showcase
